Salon Policy's and Procedures

Retail Policy:

 

Rachel does not offer refunds on retail product but instead will honor an equal value exchange on products within 30 days of purchase.

Hair Adjustment Policy:

 

Rachel always has an open door policy and is eager to please. Let her know you aren't happy with your hair and she'll will get you in for a free adjustment as quickly as she can. This is entirely up to her professional discretion so services requiring multiple appointments such as extreme blonding or color corrections may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment.

Hair Goals:

 

While Rachel  hopes to be as transparent as possible about this in the consultation, she can only do what the hair allows her to do while keeping hair integrity and timing in mind. It may not be possible to get to your blonding, coloring, and haircut correcting goals in one appointment.

Tardiness & Last Minute Cancelation:

 

If you are 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment and Rachel's schedules is unable to accommodate, she will need to cancel and send you an invoice of 50% of the value of your missed appointment. If you need to cancel within 48-24 hours of your scheduled appointment, that will also result in an invoice of 50% of that missed appointment. Both will need to be paid before rescheduling.

No-Show Policy:

 

A no call, no show appointment will result in a fee that is 100% of the appointment scheduled. An invoice will be sent to the email on file and must be paid before rescheduling. After 2 offenses, scheduling with Rachel will not be allowed.
